I live in New York City and want to major in Broadcast Journalism. I got into the College of Communications @ Boston and have sent a deposit already. But I got off the waitlist at Syracuse and have been admitted via the College of Arts and Sciences. I could transfer within Syracuse to Newhouse Communications school, however.
Location, social life and sports teams (because I want to be a sports journalist) are very important to me as well as the integrity and reputation of the program. Financial aid isn’t much of an issue because they both gave me relatively the same amount of money.
Please compare the two schools and give me your opinion on which is better. I could really use the advice.
